Diverse Individuals Working Together

The PBL has the expertise and experience in performing many types of in vitro, in situ and in vivo studies. We have experience in generating pharmaacological, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics data and have established numerous specialty animal and cell models for internal and external use. Some examples are: (1) regional-specific oral bioavailability, (2) brain, intestine and liver perfusion, (3) intestinal and hepatic first pass metabolism & secretion, (4) total body distribution, (5) cell culture and tissue diffusion studies (6) membrane vesicles, and (7) toxicological studies. We routinely work with normal and transgenic mice, pigs, rats, rabbits, and dogs and numerous cell culture models (Caco-2, MDCK, HeLa, MT2, etc.) and offer bioanalytical testing using a variety of state-of-the-art methods...

... AND MORE!

Our experience with in vivo and in vitro pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study design as well as access to sophisticated data analysis methods can help direct and streamline your preclinical study program.

Our expertise in designing studies for in vivo and in vitro data generation as well as data analysis and bioanalytical services can expedite the process of drug discovery and development.
